These set of titles are easy to obtain. As they only require time and effort. Low cost involved.

Seal Title

Seals can be sold to NPCs at any time and do not affect the title quests in any way.

Seal: Harshlands

(Recommended Level: 90+)

Pick up the first quest anywhere in Archosaur to obtain Seal: Harshlands. Find and talk to Duke Blacke, found wandering around Archosaur.　 [Pathfinding Master]
Go to the north-west corner of Archosaur, next to the Master Psychic (517 689) to pick up the next quest. Talk to the Master Psychic. The player will be teleported to Harshlands.　 [Omniscient Seer]
Pick up the next quest after being teleported (or go to (107 1000) to pick it up). Kill 20 'Vengeful Troops Night Stalker', 20 'Vengeful Troops Dead Walker', and 10 'Vengeful Troops Inferno Chariot'. 　 [Fiery Vanguard] (+3 phy-att)
Go to Snowy Village (148 959) to pick up the next quest. Go to (177 952) where the Seal: Harshlands is located.　 [Private Investigator]
Return to Snowy Village (150 962) to pick up the next quest. Kill 50 'Florafang Charmer's at (138 952). Turn in at the Frost Adventurer in Snowy Village (153 965).　 [Herbicidal Maniac] (+5 mag-att)
Travel to the outside the entrance of Frostcovered City at (120 968). A quest will appear at (120 971), telling you to go inside. The quest will autocomplete as you teleport into Frostcovered City. The next title quest will appear next to the first Glacial Shade (420 529). Kill Asoteric Runephoenix, the 2nd last boss, for the Rebirth Stone.　 [Frostcovered Enforcer] (+9 phy-def)
Go close to the entrance of Eden (162 994 - on the ground). A quest will appear telling you to go inside. The quest will autocomplete as you teleport into Eden. The next title quest will appear just before Phlebo at the end of the dungeon (382 593). Dig the Conjuring Table behind Phlebo on the other side of the platform (385 589).　 [Head Hunter] (+20 accuracy)
Go to Glacia's Altar (208 997) to get the next quest. Wait 5 minutes in the same location, and then hand in the quest to Glacia's Altar.　 [Heaven's Friend]
Go to (179 954) for the next quest. Dig the Seal: Harshlands in the same location to break the seal.　 [Star of the Harshlands] (+12 evasion)

Seal: Canyon

Pick up the first quest at Avalanche Village (325 972) to obtain Seal: Canyon. Get 25 Crystal Bones by killing Goothe at (344 976).　 [Bone Collector] (+12 evasion)
Go to (316 948) for the next quest. Kill the 'Three-Legged Vessel: General' after digging the Place of Crystal Bone, located on the ground under the ice spike. The crystal respawns after 10 minutes.　 [Bladeslinger] (+3 phy-att)
Go to (361 981) to pick up the next quest. Dig the following 4 items: Icy Dagger (365 981), Icy Needling (327 978), Icy Hammer (325 970), Icy Crossbow (352 932 - inside the hut).　 [Arctic Archaeologist] (+9 phy-def)
Go to (313 945) to pick up the next quest. Kill the 'Three-legged Vessel: Icy Beast' after digging the Place of Icy Artifact nearby. The crystal respawns after 10 minutes.　 [Beast Butcher] (+20 accuracy)
Go to (315 913 ↑20) for the next quest. If this location doesn't work, try (323 916, ↑20) or fly along Valley of the Gods at 20 height until you get it. Collect 25 Icy Armors by killing Nivastok Braves.　 [Bravery Basher] (+5 mag-att)
Go to (317 945) for the next quest. Kill the 'Three-legged Vessel: Warrior' after digging the Place of Armor in the same location. The crystal respawns after 10 minutes.　 [Striker] (+5 mag-att)
Side-Challenge: Go to (352 940) for the next quest. Kill Deiciter Black in the same location. If it is not there, you can exchange 10 Lucky Coins and 500,000 silver coins at Assistant Wang Tsai in Archosaur for a Wraith Order: Deiciter Black. Right-click the item to receive a quest, and then go to (348 942 - on the ground) to spawn the boss. You will still need to take the title quest before killing it.　 [Anti-Romantic] (+12 evasion)

Seal: Archosaur

(Note: There is a #Tome: Archosaur City of the same name, however these two title quest chains are not the same.) (Recommended Level: 100+ with squad (for the last bosses for the Nostalgia title))

Go to the Bounty Hunter platform in central Archosaur (551 653) for the next quest. Find and talk to Duke Blacke, found wandering around Archosaur.　 [Setback Resistance]
Go to the south district of Archosaur (561 624) for the next quest. Talk to White Envoy Jade Snow (565 621).　 [The Lovable Agent]
Go to the Bounty Hunter platform in central Archosaur (551 653) for the next quest. Dig the 4 Sword Scars: East (648 583), South (125 317), West (170 902), North (119 974).　 [Seiken Bearer] (+9 phy-def)
Go to the Bounty Hunter platform in central Archosaur (551 653) for the next quest. Kill the following bosses, in order: Poisontail Occultist (Cave of the Vicious), Thromh the Mighty (Firecrag Grotto), Rend Razorjaw (Den of Rabid Wolves), Qingzi (Hall of Deception), Hercule Trioc (The Gate of Delirium), The Myriadtail Wyvern (Secret Frostcover Grounds), Gluttonix (Valley of Disaster), Damned Gaurnob (Wraithgate), Linus the Woeful (Hallucinatory Trench), Phlebo (Eden), Ethereal Abomination (Brimstone Pit), Queen of Agony, Xipher (Seat of Torment), and Borobudur Dungeon Lord (Abaddon).　 [Nostalgia] (+15 phy-att, +20 mag-att, +30 phy-def, +30 mag-def)
Go to (577 653) in east Archosaur for the next quest. Find the 'Key to the Human world' by digging the Glitter at (578 653 ↑22) in the water where the hook is.　 [Gatekeeper] (+9 mag-def)
Go to (565 653) in east Archosaur for the next quest. Talk to the Dragon City Diplomat in the same location.　 [King of Rumors]
The final title is awarded automatically when you Death and then resurrect. One way to die is by going near Silver Pool (476 548) and attacking Nightspike Strider from afar with all equipment unequipped. Another way is by purposefully going into the lava at Flowsilver Palace.　 [Back To Life]

Seal: Frozen River

Pick up the first quest(any quest avaliable to pick here )(203 974 ↑21) just above the water to obtain Seal: Frozen River. Kill 50 Shadows of Icy River located underwater. Only those with a blue sparkly effect on them will count for the quest. Make sure your effects settings are turned up to maximum to be able to see them.　 [Eyes of Insight] (+9 phy-def)
Go to (241 980) for the next quest. Kill 50 'Icebreaker Antitan' at (236 980).　 [Icebreaker Breaker] (+3 phy-att)
Find the lumberjack at (265 1009) to pick up the next quest. Kill 50 'Lethal Araneid Sharpfang' and then hand in the quest to the lumberjack. Be careful on your way back to hand it in as it is easy to lose the quest.　 [Timberjack Guardian] (+5 mag-att)
Go to (232 981) to pick up the next quest. Dig the 5 Kindling: Earth (251 986), Fire (232 978), Water (237 926), Wood (209 937 - inside the hut), Gold (238 971).　 [Pyromaniac] (+20 accuracy)
Fly toward the center of Frozen River at (265 947) to pick up the quest. Dig the Icy Field Totem at (288 953) and kill the 'Spirit of Icy Field'.　 [Guide of Life] (+20 accuracy)
Pick up the next quest at (275 941 ↑23). Kill the 'Sea Patrol·Dragonroar' underwater. You may need help to kill it as it can be tough and has a lot of health. 　 [I am a Master.] (+9 mag-def)
Go to (279 939 ↑17) in the water for the next quest. Dig the Seal: Frozen River just below the same location, at the bottom of the water to break the seal. You may need to bring help to aggro the monsters while you dig the seal.　 [Glacial Star] (+12 evasion)
Side-Challenge: Go to (237 937 ↑25) for the next quest. Kill Deiciter White in the same location. If it is not there, you can exchange 10 Lucky Coins and 500,000 silver coins at Assistant Wang Tsai in Archosaur for a Wraith Order: Deiciter White. Seal: Volcanic Purgatory

(Recommended Level: 100)

Pick up the first quest near the entrance to Firecrag Grotto (400 993) to obtain Seal: Volcanic Purgatory. Kill 20 Ant Soldiers, 20 Frozen Wolfmasters, and 10 Jumby Temptresses. There is only 1 Jumby Temptress per spawn and they usually walk around. They respawn after about 3 minutes.　 [The Exterminator] (+9 phy-def)
Go to (440 999) for the next quest.

Seal: Tai Chi Shore

Pick up the first quest at (541 957) across from Haunted Path to obtain Seal: Tai Chi Shore. Fly to the top of Veiled Tower (530 966 ↑37).　 [The Past is Bitter]
Pick up the next quest at the same location or at the top of Veiled Tower (530 966 ↑37). Fly to the top of Volcanic Purgatory (444 970).　 [Veil Raider]
Go to (562 978) for the next quest. Kill 50 of the Undead Army. Hand in the quest to any Explorer NPC in the same location.　 [Ghoulfriend] (+9 mdef)
Go to the top of the Tower of Darkness (569 928 ↑40) for the next quest. Go to Tai Chi Shore (580 983) where the Seal: Tai Chi Shore is.　 [Shadow Raider]
Pick up the next quest at the same location, or at (577 987). Kill Empyrian Slither.　 [Monster Hunter] (+9 mdef)
Go to (525 928) for the next quest. Get Destined Sword by digging one of the swords in the same location. Only one random sword in the area is diggable, hover your cursor over each sword until you find it. If the sword is too difficult to dig, abandon and retake the title quest to get a different sword.　 [Heart of the Sword] (+9 mag-def)
Go to Tai Chi Shore (578 986) for the next quest. Kill Ghost after digging Seal: Tai Chi Shore Ghost. Next, kill Chaos after digging Seal: Tai Chi Shore Chaos. Not to be confused with the Master of Balance title obtained from killing Chigo, the Serpent Emperor in Advanced Endless Universe.　 [Master of Balance] (+3 phy-att)

Seal: Misfortune

Pick up the first quest at the top of the tree near City of Misfortune (673 975 ↑35.5) to obtain Seal: Misfortune City. Talk to the Spirit in Treetop in the same location.　 [Tree Climber]
Go to (661 968 ↑20) to start the next quest. Kill 20 'Bloodthirsty Sharks', 20 'Bloodthirsty Shark Queen' and 10 'Centipod Lord'.　 [Watery Grave] (+3 phy-att)
Go to (664 984 ↑19) for the next quest. Kill 20 'Giant Piranha' and turn in to the Tearful Ghost at (623 989 - at the bottom of the ocean). Kill 20 'Wheeping Sealurker' and turn in to the Crying Ghost at (653 999 - at the bottom of the ocean). Kill 10 'Echomaid' and turn in to Insomnia Ghost at (690 961 - at the bottom of the ocean). The NPCs only spawn during 13:00 - 23:00 server time. [Nocturnal]

Go (662 931 ↑17) to pick up the next quest. Obtain the 'Ancestors Bless', by digging the 'Ancestors' Steel' at (661 928 ↑15).　 [Parapsychologist]
Go to (688 955 ↑15) for the next quest. Kill Soul of Castellan of Misfortune after digging Seal: Misfortune City in the same location. The boss can get stuck easily, kill him from close range so he doesn't reset.　 [Liberator of Misfortune] (+20 accuracy)

Seal: Snake Isle

Pick up the first quest at (678 889 ↑32) where the Seal: Snake Isle is located to obtain Seal: Snake Isle. Go to (677 887 ↑32) right next to where you picked up the quest.　 [Trapeze]
Buy one Thousand-Year Lees from the Foreign Monk in Angler's Village and then go to (638 831) for the next quest. Your Thousand-Year Lees will disappear when taking the quest. Talk to the Foreign Monk and give him 100,000 silver coins (if you don't have silver coins, you can use 100,000 gold coins instead). You will need to have enough gold coins or silver coins in your inventory to be able to complete the quest.　 [The Generous] (+3 phy-att)
Go to Shattered Jade Shore (635 874) for the next quest. Kill 25 'Overclocked Mechrab' and 25 'Giant Chisler'.　 [Armored Pincers] (+20 accuracy)
Go to (626 885) to pick up the next quest. Kill 'Chin, Mausoleum Watchman' and 50 'Felbone Shanks'. Don't travel very far from where you received the quest when killing monsters as it is very easy to fail the quest. Go to (507 833) to pick up the next quest. Kill Wraith Vanguard after digging the lantern on top of the structure. It will run away from you. Make sure that it does not wander too far off from the structure or it will reset.　 [Assault Team Captain]
Go to the Bounty Hunter platform in central Archosaur (553 654) for the next quest. Talk to the Messenger of Time in the same location.　 [Jack of All Trades]
Go to (568 854 ↑33) to pick up the next quest. Kill Wraith Underlings after digging an Ant Claw at 4 possible locations: (573 868), (555 846), (562 840), or (581 860). Only one of them will work, hover over each one until you find it.　 [Octopus] (+5 phy-def)
Go to Walled Stronghold (564 879) to pick up the next quest. Talk to the Elder of the Lost in the City of the Lost, the Plume City Elder in City of the Plume, Tellus Elder Star in Tellus City, and the Elder of Raging Tides in City of Raging Tides.　 [Messenger of Peace]
Go to Hidden Heroes Village (498 870) to pick up the next quest. Dig the Scarecrow at (522 862). Then, dig the Wood Plank at (518 868). Then, dig the Logs at (521 866). You may have to rotate or zoom the camera to get the angle to dig out the quest items.　 [Love Being a Troublemaker]
Go to (506 834) for the next quest. If you have trouble getting the quest, huddle next to the pole and it should pop up. You will receive a quest to kill one of these 4 mobs at random, which can be summoned by digging the Eerie Stone at their location: Tseh (530 848), Meiy (546 833), Waen (511 849), Loen (544 877).　 [Slippery as a Snake] (+3 phy-att)
Go to (570 857) for the next quest. Dig the Seal: Hill of the Swarm near the same location to break the seal.　 [Hill of the Swarm Star]

Seal: Originia River

(Recommended Level: 100+ (squad) or Reawakening 1 Level 70+ (solo))

Pick up the first quest on top of the bridge of Originia River, between Swiftwind and Etherblade (414 795) to obtain Seal: Originia River. Kill 20 'Mutant Whirler Turtle'.　 [Turtle-broken Palm] (Accuracy +10)
Go to (416 787) or south of the bridge to pick up the next quest. Talk to the Chief's Grave at (417 765).　 [Dark Sun]
Go to (439 765) to pick up the next quest. Talk to the Tan Box near the same location.　 [Dream-seeking Boy]
Go to the watch tower next to Tradewind Village (434 744) to pick up the next quest. Go to the top of the tower (not on the roof) to complete the quest.　 [Overlook on a High Place]
Go to the bank of Originia River (441 736) for the next quest. Talk to Apothecary Chien Yue nearby in Tradewind Village (426 740).　[Messenger]

Go back to Tradewind Village (426 740) for the next quest. Dig the Antidote Placement Point at (445 738).　 [Philosopher of Purity]

Seal: Shining Tidewood

(Recommended Level: 60+ (Solo with good gear))

Pick up the first quest at (600 795) to obtain Seal: Shining Tidewood. Talk to the Grave of a Lady near the same location.　 [Delicate Shadow]
Go to (554 776) to pick up the next quest. Kill 'Bloodraged Cadaver' which wanders slowly around the Tomb of Heroes area.　 [See An Old Friend Again] (+3 mag-def)
Go near the entrance of Secret Passage (569 743) to pick up the next quest. Kill 'Dismal Shade' inside the Secret Passage. If you are a lower level, help from another player or a healer may be required.　 [Warrior]
Go to Orchid Temple (581 764) for the next quest. Talk to Fang the Scholar in the same location.　 [Get the Root of the Matter]
Pick up the next quest from the same location or at (581 764). Go to (551 767) to complete the quest.　[Stride]
Go to (551 768 ↑35) for the next quest. Kill Farng to the east of same location.　[Go to the Dangerous Place]
Pick up the next quest from the same location or at (559 767). Dig the Seal: Shining Tidewood in the same location, up in the air (36), to break the seal.　[Star Of Shining Tidewood] (+3 mag-att)

Seal: Dragon Gulf

(Note: You will go through multiple quests to receive the titles for this seal.)

Pick up the first quest at (630 651) to obtain Seal: Emerald Dragon Gulf.
Pick up the next quest at the same location or at (628 656). Talk to Imperial General Wu near the same location. [All Hands on Deck] (+10 accuracy)
Pick up the next quest at the same location or at (628 656). Kill 15 Barnacles, attached to the undersides of the ship.
Go to (655 641) to pick up the next quest. Kill 10 'Clam Scout' and 10 'Drifting Hex Lantern'.
Go to (668 627) to pick up the next quest. Dig the Kerosene Lantern at (671 639) 3 times - the other one is very difficult to dig. To do this, walk into the hut, then fly so you can reach the lantern.　 [First Mate] (+3 mag-att)
Go to the Village of Naught (676 619 - inside the hut) for the next quest. Talk to the Crippled Soldier in the same location. He will ask you "Do you know what attaches themselves to the bottom of the ships and follows them wherever they go?". Choose the "Barnacle" option to proceed.
Go to (639 616) for the next quest. Dig the Seal: Emerald Dragon Gulf in the same location, at the bottom of the water, to break the seal.　 [Lord of Emerald Island Gulf] (+3 phy-att)

Seal: Widow's Coast

(Note: You will go through multiple quests to receive the titles for this seal.)

Pick up the first quest at Allies Camp (615 714). Dig the Suspicious Bucket near the same location. Right-click the Suspicious Parcel in your inventory to obtain Seal: Widow's Coast.
Pick up the next quest from the same location or at (613 719). Talk to Old Man Lin near the same location.　[A Nosey Person] (+6 evasion)
Head out of Allies Camp, towards Widow's Coast (633 724) to pick the next quest. Kill 25 'Skelevizen Sailor'.
Go to (654 732) to pick up the next quest. Get 2 Pearls from the Suspicious Hole near the same location. You may have a chance of getting Dirty Mud instead of a Pearl. If you run out of shovels and don't get 2 Pearls, you can pick up the quest again. The quest fails automatically after 30 seconds.　 [Pearls of Wisdom] (+4 phy-att)
Head towards Mount Lantern (644 763 ↑30) to pick up the next quest. Dig the Prayer Lantern at (648 764), hanging from the top of the building.
Pick up the next quest from the same location or at (644 763). Dig the Seal: Widow's Coast near the same location, at the very top of the mountain, to break the seal.　 [Watchman of the Coast] (+3 mag-def)

Seal: Silk Ridge

Pick up the first quest at (358 652) to obtain Seal: Silk Ridge. Go to (394 680), on the ground. 　 [Shrieking Banshee]

Go to (371 674) to pick up the next quest. Get 1 Feral Ursog Mane by killing a Feral Ursog Chief, and 1 Tarantulax Leg Hair by killing a Grassland Tarantulax.　 [Inescapable Justice]

[Green Wood Song] (+12 evasion)　 Complete the Reincarnation Pestle quest chain. The quest is available to players level 100+.
[Marshal's Deputy] (+5 mag-att)　 Stand on the Pirate Ship at Emerald Dragon Gulf (626 659) between 20:00 - 22:30 server time on Friday or Sunday.
[Stargazer] (Accuracy +6)　 Go to Archosaur at the stargazing platform at (568 639 ↑33), towards the middle of the rotating sphere, between 22:00 - 02:00 server time. If the previous coordinates do not work, try (538 669 ↑33), (538 639 ↑33), or (568 669 ↑33).
[Pureheart] (+2 phy-att)　 Go to (577 628) at the very bottom of the water and wait for 1 minute. You will receive a title quest automatically after waiting. Next, go to (521 665) and dance. Go to (541 618) and think. Go to (586 620) and blow a kiss. Go to (585 669) and meditate.
